Oooops Rainbow Crunch!

Our loss, your gain. This batch was cooked a wee under temp which resulted in super crunchy (actually freeze dried) and crunchy but still a bit chewy. Personally, these are my favorite so I am not terribly upset at the batch (or the operator!)
